Deliberate and periodic maintenance of the flooring material is required to maintain its shape and quality. To keep the floor in optimum condition, follow the maintenance guide provided on this page.

1. Initial maintenence after installation

1) Vacuum dust or pollutants from the floor after installation.
2) Pour and spread a mild (neutral) liquid detergent (diluted to the recommended concentration) over
    the surface and allow it to soak the floor for 5~10 minutes.
3) Wash the floor thoroughly with a nylon brush or buffer.
4) Wet-vacuum or soak up and wipe away the remaining detergent with a mop and/or towels.
5) Be sure to dry the floor thoroughly to prepare for waxing.
6) Apply the recommended wax 2~3 times to keep the floor in its best condition.

2. Routine / periodic maintenance

1. Vacuum the floor on a regular basis.

2. Use a mild detergent as much as possible, but some stains may require a stronger cleanser.   Dilute the detergent to the concentration recommended by the   manufacturer, spread it over the floor and allow it to soak for 5~10 minutes.

3. If there is any wax on the floor, first remove it with a quality wax remover.   Be sure to dilute the wax remover to the concentration recommended   by the manufacturer and follow the instructions carefully.   Apply the wax removing cleanser with a nylon brush or nylon cloth and   allow it to soak for 10~15 minutes so that it may have time to disolve the   wax layer.   Wash the floor thoroughly with a nylon brush or buffer.

4.Wet-vacuum or soak up and wipe away the remaining detergent with a mop and/or towels.

5.Apply wax on the floor with a cloth.   After the wax is dried, apply two more coatings.
