I-BADAK is a specialist manufacturer that designs and produces high-performance flooring from rubber.

We do not simply make products.
From raw material selection through compounding, sheet production, vulcanization and quality control, we manage every process with our own technology to deliver stable quality and consistent performance.

Rather than general-purpose flooring based on recycled rubber,
we produce premium rubber flooring for commercial, educational, medical and public spaces.

How much of rubber flooring do we actually make ourselves?

01 / Industry Reality

Many rubber companies receive pre-mixed rubber compound and only turn it into products, or outsource the compounding stage entirely.

02 / Outsourcing Practice

For overseas export, it is not uncommon for packaging and container loading to be outsourced as well — making it that much harder to control quality to the end.

03 / I-BADAK

I-BADAK is different. From mixing the raw rubber through forming, cutting and packaging to container loading, we carry out every process ourselves at our own plant.

Section 2 — Production Process

Safe flooring, completed through
a standardized process.

I-BADAK produces high-quality, high-strength safety flooring through a production system in which every process is standardized.
The stages follow one another as shown below.

01 Mixing Compounding
Various raw materials are precisely weighed on electronic scales and blended uniformly with the base synthetic rubber in a Banbury mixer. The formulation is adjusted to suit each product's characteristics.
02 Extrusion Continuous Forming
A process that continuously extrudes the mixed rubber compound under constant pressure, with key conditions such as pressure and temperature held stable.
03 Sheet Forming Sheet Production
The extruded rubber is passed between calender rolls and formed into uniform sheets. This is the stage where the smooth, even surface is created.
04 Vulcanization Molding · Curing
The core process in which heat and pressure crosslink the rubber. Only after this stage does soft, pliable rubber become firm, elastic flooring.
05 Cutting & Packaging Cutting · Packing
Finished products are cut to specification and packaged. It does not end there — I-BADAK handles everything through to container loading.
